Returns & Refunds
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms. Exchanging or returning your order is quick and easy.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, which will be processed within 5–10 working days of receipt.
Once approved, the returned item will be refunded to your account.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that if you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, the cost of returning to us it is at your expense.
We will send out your new goods within 7 working days at our own cost.
To return your product, you should email us first at email@example.com.
We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery from a reputable carrier, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for the returned items. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and it's contents are your responsibility until they reach us.
